Thión Lee is an actor who has performed in various stage plays such as Lion King Jr. in New Orleans and Native Gardens at Allegheny College. Lee is also a filmmaker who has written and directed his own films, and is currently a film student at Allegheny College.
Lee’s desire to be a part of Public Herald stems from the company’s mission. As a service leader, Lee assisted in local community work in Meadville, PA. Lee strives to understand what the public wants and utilizes the resources that he has to cater to that want and refuse to allow there to be a belief that any other want is greater than those of the community — as Public Herald does by remaining a publicly funded organization. As well, Lee knows that his continuous progressing skills in filmmaking will guide another want that Public Herald has, which is receiving their audience’s attention through the beauty of film.
