Sierra Shamer

Sierra Shamer is a cartographer, community organizer, researcher, and writer. She began working on natural gas extraction issues in 2015 with the Shalefield Organizing Committee, and with the FracTracker Alliance in 2016. Sierra earned her B.A. in Environmental Studies and M.S. in Geography and Environmental Systems from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
